Exchange and return.

1. The customer is entitled to exchange a defective item only in the event of a manufacturing defect, provided that the defect is reported within 24 hours.

 

2. The customer is entitled to exchange the item within one day of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

3. For hygiene reasons, the customer is not entitled to return or exchange cosmetics that are not packaged, except in the event of a product defect.

 

4. Ittijah Lamasat Cosmetics/Kion reserves the right to change product prices in the store without prior notice.

 

5. Ittijah Lamasat Cosmetics/Kion reserves the right to remove any product without prior notice.

 

6. Ittijah Lamasat Cosmetics/Kion reserves the right to access the customer"s page to verify the completeness of the required information, the integrity of orders, and to track them until delivery.
